Lead Generation Specialist -

Based in our Sales office in Kilkenny and  reporting to the Sales Director, the Lead Generation Specialist will play a key role in helping Spearline Labs to explore and expand into new markets across the globe.   The Lead Generator will be a high performing sales professional and the machine that drives pipeline and growth within the company.

This is an exciting new role within Spearline Labs.  We are looking for someone with the hunger, experience and ambition to plan, manage & execute our lead generation function from end to end.

The Role:

Conducting outbound prospecting campaigns by phone, email and linkedin order to identify opportunities that meet the qualification criteria for the sales team

Conduct research on prospect accounts and build rapport with prospects through various channels in an effort to understand where the prospect is in the buying cycle

Schedule first meetings with key decision makers and conduct initial information gathering via short demo.

Assist when required with required with incoming leads from trade shows, webinars, website and industry publications

Accurate and detailed update of the CRM system with all contact data

Liaise with the Marketing Manager to run lead generation campaigns through the CRM

Achieve monthly and quarterly targets as agreed with the Sales Director

The Candidate:

2 years + experience in a Lead Generation or Junior Sales Role  

Demonstrated ability to create and oversee Lead Generation Campaigns

In depth understanding of CRM systems such as Zoho, Salesforce or similar

Ability to engage confidently and quickly with prospects at all levels

Exposure to a SaaS sales environment would be a distinct advantage

Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
